Job Description:

The Group Sales Manager actively prospects for, solicits, and sells group visits and coordinates the daily operations of the Group Sales program at Wild Rivers Waterpark. He/she performs a range of duties including generating and nurturing leads, selling group visits, processing and servicing all requests for groups, handling all group customer inquiries, and producing status reports. The core focus of this position is the development of seasonal contracts that will establish seasonal revenue, ticketing, and attendance goals for Wild Rivers Waterpark.Responsibilities:

  • Go the extra mile to meet sales goals and facilitate future sales
  • Provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating and exceeding customers' expectation
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Work with potential and existing group clients via inbound and outbound calls and chats
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close salesRequirements:
    • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
    • Refined verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
    • Basic work processing and spreadsheet skills
    • Must have a valid driver license
