Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Project Managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within expectations of the CRE Business, and following the CRE Change Delivery framework. Project Managers work with project sponsors to define project objective and scope, engage project resources, develop and manage the execution of the project plan, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed through the duration of the project. As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing critical Commercial Real Estate projects. This includes understanding and effectively communicating the objective, developing the project plan, creating project documentation, driving results, and fostering an inclusive and customer-centric project team. You will work closely with subject matter experts, product managers, and senior business executives to deliver project objectives in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: Determine and define project scope and objectives Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and plan Create informative project documentation including business case/plan, project plan, status reports and project summaries for small to medium projects Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Understand the business vision and translate into the project vision Understand the goals and needs of project stakeholders, while centering on the goals and needs of the end-users Understand established policies and procedures and corporate tools and how they apply to the project Understand and work within the corporate organization and team structure Share knowledge with project teams through engaging media (audio, video, visual design, writing, etc.) Deliver design recommendations with confidence and consideration for diverse stakeholders Champion the project and project team members at each stage of the conceptual, discovery, execution, and adoption process Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field Fluency in project management methodologies, including project management tools and techniques to schedule, plan, track, and correct project performance throughout the life cycle Controls, process, and change management experience. Strong interpersonal skills; visual, verbal, and written communication skills Problem solving and decision-making skills Leadership skills with an ability to motivate project members, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, and make decisions Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline Proven ability to solve problems creatively Proven ability to analyze and prioritize issues external to the project and develop mitigation plans Preferred qualifications: Real estate lending and/or financial services experience Project management experience - 1+ years JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
