Our firm is looking to hire an EXPERIENCE case manager. Our firm
strives to facilitate an enjoyable work environment and to provide
excellent customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will:-be extremely organized and detailed
oriented-have excellent people/client service skills-handle heavy
phone volume-able to multi-task
Position is Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm. 1 hour lunch break.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for administrating,
managing, and facilitating the completion of client cases.
Applicant must enjoy working independently in a fast-paced, highly
productive environment. The large majority of your day will focus
on client written and verbal communication. You must have an eye
for detail, making sure tasks are done correctly and
professionally. Applicant must be proficient in Logics.

information provided by the clients and the Tax AgenciesCall the
IRS and other Tax Agencies to request and verify information such
as ComplianceRead and Understand transcripts (preferred)Ability to

detailManage and Prioritize Cases depending on the complexity and
