Job Description:

We're looking for a Marketing Director to join our team and help continue our remarkable growth. As the Marketing director you will be responsible for making decisions regarding Huddl3 Group marketing, brand strategy, customer research, vendor management and sales growth. This role will be critical in helping Huddl3 drive the brand direction of our growing organization. The role will involve strategic thinking in addition to high level tactical execution, collaboration, and brand awareness.
Plan the Work

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of HUDDL3's service offerings
  • Determine platforms, research projects and presales activities to best promote Huddl3 Group products & services to critical audiences
  • Cooperating with leaders and functions across the group, build marketing, presales, and research activities, to deliver high impact brand awareness & opportunity generation
  • Manage budgets and allocation of applicable resources
    Lead the Team
    • Lead the marketing, presales, and customer insights team (internal & external) effectively through hiring, onboarding, and teambuilding
    • Aligning with marketing, sales, and company goals, drive the team by strategically delegating and prioritizing work to execute
    • Use your expertise to serve as a role model and actively encourage key behaviors that develop, align with, and strengthen Huddl3 people, culture, and values
      Deliver the Outcomes
      • Using networks including LinkedIn & Able2, develop community focused strategies and tactics, to drive awareness and growth opportunity for Huddl3 brands
      • Produce attention-getting multi-platform content via webinars, blog posts, articles, images, and videos
      • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications
      • Monitor progress and submit performance reports to management and executive leadership on marketing initiatives and goals
      • Use data analytics to improve website, search engine, and social media performance
      • Engage with customers & prospects through research projects and due diligence studies to understand their business goals and solution objectives
      • Respond to RFP/RFI on applicable Huddl3 opportunities
      • Work closely with the Sales teams in Go to Market activities
      • Engage with Product & Sales Engineering to feed feature requirements from customers / the market and feedback on solution demos
        Required & Preferred Qualifications:
        • Proven experience as Marketing Director
        • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
        • Analytical and creative thinking
        • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
        • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
        • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google AdWords
        • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
        • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
