The Marketing Content Manager will clearly and compellingly communicate how Ten-X provides value to our customers through property, product, and brand marketing content and its strategic delivery.
Success in this role depends on exemplary communication skills across all media: you are able to write, edit and proofread content that drives sales and customer loyalty. Working with internal and external partners, you will be responsible for the "voice" and consistency of all external-facing content: direct mail, email, web, social and display advertising, product messaging and marketing, sales presentations, and more. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Director.
Responsibilities

• Influence and align all design and messaging to ensure content is in line with the Ten-X brand
• Create content for email, social media, and presentations that engages prospects/customers and delivers adoption, engagement, and customer retention
• Drive innovation in personalization of messaging to potential sellers and buyers on the platform
• Work with data and digital teams to analyze performance and optimization of content, including SEO and SEM/paid search
• Explore and recommend new strategies and channels for reaching customers and increasing brand awareness
• Contribute content ideas for internal communication channels
• Edit content produced by other members of the organization when requested
• Support the development of video, imagery, infographics, and other rich media as needed
• Monitor competitors to ensure our content is performing via best-in-class engagement standards
• Assist Senior Marketing Director with projects and team management as needed
  Basic Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or another relevant field required
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing and managing content and related strategy across various media channels
  • Experience in a sales-driven industry is required with commercial real estate experience highly preferred
    Preferred Qualifcations And Skills
    
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong creative writing skills
    • Master-level skills with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
    • Design software experience, such as Adobe Creative Suite, a plus but not required
    • An understanding of emerging content technologies/channels along with an ability to make decisions to maximize the impact of those technologies
    • An ability to communicate professionally with all levels of colleagues
    • Strong organizational skills, including project management and attention to detail is a must
    • A self-starter, capability of managing time and prioritizing work autonomously
    • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changeable environment with a positive, can-do attitude
