        -Job Purpose: -Your primary objective as Human's newest Director is to ensure the success of our customers by ensuring we achieve their goals. It's as simple as that.
        You oversee the entire client lifecycle - from strategy to execution - focusing primarily on marketing strategy. This entails regular client communication, strategy creation and optimization, delivering and measuring results, testing new growth initiatives, hitting client goals and executing complex tasks as needed.
        Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
        Develop "human-first" relationships with clients.
        • You're the primary client-facing point person for your accounts, responsible for developing rapport and trust and representing Human's values -
        • Set and manage client expectations to ensure a successful relationship
        • Meet regularly with clients to communicate updates, goals and results to ensure client happiness and extract feedback -
        • Communicate the full breadth of work and results delivered, tying results to client goals
        • Champion client success and become a trusted advisor

          Create and oversee full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
          • Develop and oversee quarterly marketing strategies to achieve marketing and business goals for Human and its clients
          • Work closely with Human's marketing managers and directors to build, carry out and measure effective digital marketing strategies -
          • Analyze channel and campaign performance
          • Build quarterly and monthly marketing strategies
          • Regularly meet with clients to communicate updates, goals and results to ensure general client happiness
          • Oversee all marketing execution - ensure deliverables adhere to client guidelines and marketing best practices
          • Oversee and deliver monthly marketing reports
          • Execute high-skill marketing initiatives as needed
          • Set marketing performance benchmarks and regularly analyze results -
          • Analyze internal gross margin reports to maintain account profitability goals
          • Audit where time is being spent and adjust to optimize for impact and account profitability -
          • Drive team to achieve client goals. Advocate for your clients.
            New client sales & onboarding
            • Help bring new prospects through the sales process, including qualifying, scoping, proposals, closing and onboarding
            • Assist in developing and presenting proposals to achieve client goals
            • Oversee smooth transition from sales to execution, ensuring high client happiness and success
              Qualifications and Skills:
              • 6+ years of digital marketing experience
              • Proven track record of campaigns that generated real results
              • Experience driving business revenue and results through digital marketing strategies
              • Hands-on experience with marketing software required
              • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing, and ecommerce marketing
              • Working knowledge of social media, SEO, CRO and email marketing
              • Demonstrated ability to think big-picture about client campaigns and confidently recommend strategies that can potentially change the trajectory of a business
              • Strong written and verbal communication skills
              • A hunger to continuously learn
              • Prior agency experience preferred -
                Key Performance Indicators:
                • Client retention
                • Existing account revenue growth
                • The client KPIs are your KPIs. The most important KPIs include:
                • Revenue
                • Leads
                • All other supporting KPIs (we have a lot of these!)
                • Gross margin targets of 70%+
                • Internal monthly account revenue
                • Effective client hourly rate -
