Lighthouse. KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Product
Management in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice
specializing in digital and AI capabilities, who is passionate
about solving B2B problems, and creating subscription-based
products that drive unique and simple client solutions.
Responsibilities:Work with clients and IT professionals to identify
and document business, user and software requirements and
processesDefine and document software requirements for developers
and participate in the technical evaluation of software
modifications that will enhance operating and development
activitiesTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements for
prototype construction and final product development by engineering
teamsCollaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing,
and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and
balance of resources to ensure success for the entire
organizationPrepare documentation, presentations, charts, tables,
and diagrams; conduct reviews for scope, business justification,
and requirements deliverables including use cases, prototypes, and
business rulesReview test plans and scenarios to help ensure an
accurate, effective product and validate output/solutions,
identifying and documenting system/product deficiencies and
recommending new methodologyDocument and track the status of client
inquiries, enhancement requests, change requests and review defects
produced by QA testing to confirm severity and clarify issues based
on priority and details of business requirementsDeliver and manage
requirements to time and cost for projects; exhibit personal
accountability to prioritize work to meet milestones and complete
deliverables throughout project lifecycleQualifications:Minimum
four years of solid hands-on business analysis experience;
preferably within a professional services firm or similar
environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or
universitySkills in organizing information based on documentation
analysis and interviews with IT professionals including a thorough
understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and
translate them into software and operational requirementsKnowledge
of industry standard business analysis practices and techniques
such as user stories, use cases, logical UML models/diagrams, and
BABOKProven experience overseeing all elements of the product
development lifecycleHighly effective cross-functional team
managementAbility to travel up to twenty percentApplicants must be

Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those
