Location: - National (Headquarters - Irvine, CA)
Employment Type: -Full-Time
Direct Reports: -Yes Position may require Covid-19 vaccination. Currently, Enterey does not require employees to be fully vaccinated. However, we have some clients that do require our consultants to be fully vaccinated. Engagements are related to: Project Management GMP Manufacturing Operations Process Development Process Improvement Global Quality Supply Chain Operations Organizational Change Mgmt. Analytical Data Position Summary: The Director oversees all the operations/delivery to ensure client satisfaction. The incumbent works closely with Quality to ensure high-quality deliverables. The Director will be involved in scoping new opportunities, as well as proposal development. He/she is responsible for the leadership, success, and development of his/her team. Travel Requirements: This position requires up to 80% travel (may require international travel).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Operations
    • Ensure quality on all client delivery work
    • Monitor client satisfaction and confirm expectations are met
    • Ensure client concerns are addressed
    • Scope and close opportunities (e.g. developing proposals) with existing sponsor relationships
    • Support in scoping and closing opportunities with new accounts
    • Manage resource allocation
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to develop account leads (in accordance with account lead responsibilities)
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to maintain the morale of the delivery team
    • Partner with Human Resources on employee matters
    • Allocate Operations resources to support the recruiting process in coordination with HR
    • Provide final recommendation for hire of the operations team
    • Oversee the points of contact for candidates on a contingent offer
    • Collaborate with Quality for implementation of Quality processes, to include;
      • Methods for assessing and monitoring client satisfaction
      • Development of delivery team skills and capabilities
      • Function as an Account Lead when necessary
      • Deliver on projects when necessary
      • Perform other duties as required or as directed by management - Position Requirements: Education Required Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in business, engineering, or the sciences Education Preferred Masters - MBA, Masters of Science, or Masters of Engineering Experience Required > - 10 -years of professional level in leading teams with demonstrated successful project management and team leadership skills 5 years of Life Science experience Experience Preferred The leadership of cross-functional business initiatives that deliver - measurable -business value Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience; data analysis / metric reporting Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project a plus PMP and/or Black Belt Certification a plus
