Role Description: Since each of our markets operates as a semi-independent group within Neudesic, the Manager, Field Operations role is a critical role, responsible for partnering with an individual market's leadership to identify areas of opportunity, analyze market performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve revenue and profitability. In this role, you will often act as a liaison for org-wide initiatives, helping to make sure new activities or best practices are shared consistently to field teams, demonstrating expertise in applying a consultative approach to problem-solving and relationship development with internal key stakeholders and executives. The Field Operations team is responsible for helping build the business, implementing strategic approaches, supporting adoption and change management, and encouraging our organization think differently. You'll be responsible for supporting and executing initiatives across the organization, teaming with Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Sales, Executive and Market Leadership. You'll need a strong desire to understand challenges or areas of opportunity, to help others define success metrics, support decision making, and above all, ensure follow through. Your analytical skills and desire to follow repeatable process is well-balanced with knowing that being nimble and iterative helps us move forward. Your focus on relationships within the business - your "internal customers" - a passion for data-driven approach, along with your ability to ask questions and be inquisitive about the "why" will guide your purpose in this role. Your ability to gather and align a team, organize and plan, deliver and measure the initiatives you lead will instill confidence among stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is a friendly, relatable, collaborative go-getter focused on leading initiatives that drive growth and competitive advantage for Neudesic through improvement and innovation of internal programs and processes.This role reports to the Senior Director, Field Operations.Manager, Field Operations Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Market Leadership to examine their businesses and refine and implement their strategic plans
  • Evaluate business performance and deliver expert analysis, including market revenue performance and profitability
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations team to understand sales pipeline and upcoming initiatives to improve systems or data
  • Manage and support consulting services staffing process by identifying employee's skills and availability and working with markets to manage demand roles and local/national bench; collaborating with recruiting and talent acquisition teams
  • Identify opportunities or challenges, or given a problem space to solve, generate key hypotheses and independently structure work to achieve solution
  • Synthesize analyses into clear, sound recommendations; take responsibility for reporting status of initiatives and measurement to goals
  • Develop and implement innovative and creative actions or processes based on interpretation and analysis that improves business performance
  • Partner with a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving common business goals and resultsManager, Field Operations Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in related disciplines (Operations, Sales, Recruiting, Finance, IT, Marketing) including delivery on business goals and strategy
    • Driven, motivated problem-solver with proven analytical capabilities and collaboration skills
    • Adept in time management and prioritization
    • Self-directed with a positive "can-do" attitude and a flexible, "roll up your sleeves" mindset
