country of employment.Job DescriptionThe Business Development (BD)
team plays a critical role in executing and accelerating our
Product roadmap and strategy. The BD team is responsible for
driving new member growth, engagement and activation of existing
members, and monetization opportunities on a global basis. We do so
by articulating partner strategies, identifying and executing the
right deals, and managing partnerships and strategic initiatives,
in collaboration with cross-functional teams.We believe that
Creators are crucial to the LinkedIn ecosystem and central to
LinkedIn's mission of connecting the world's professionals to make
them more productive and successful. We also believe that LinkedIn
has a unique opportunity in shaping the Creator Economy across all
of its products. We're looking for a Business Development Manager
to help build and scale a Creator-centric partner strategy across
LinkedIn. This individual will have the opportunity to be a key
member of a team that drives growth, engagement, and monetization
via identifying, executing, and managing partnerships and strategic
initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about LinkedIn's
vision, is able to develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn's
products and services, is results-oriented, and will have a strong
interest or experience in the Creator Economy.Responsibilities
- Understand and lead analyses of a competitive environment,
proactively developing a deep understanding of the key players and
industry dynamics in the Creator tools landscape
- Synthesize key insights from conferences, partner meetings,
executive meetings for exec-level audiences
- Support deal execution, drive implementation of product or API
integration(s) and manage partner relationships on an ongoing
basis
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively
improve processes and build support for partner programs and
initiatives
- Monitor and manage the ongoing usage of integrations to ensure
partners are creating value for members and in a manner consistent
with LinkedIn's vision, mission, and strategyQualificationsBasic
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years partnerships and/or management consulting
experience
- Experience thinking strategically and creatively about
complicated challenges leading to effective recommendations and
scalable action plans
- Experience in project management, with a proven ability to
bring structure and organization when planning work required to
execute on projects that may be complex and/or ambiguous
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building
consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial,
fast-paced and constantly changing environmentPreferred
Qualifications
- Experience in building relationships within the Creator tools
ecosystem, including creator/media partnerships and familiarity
with APIs
- Personal interest in the digital creator ecosystem
- Highly accountable and solution-oriented
- Strong communicator, able to talk/share internally and
externally about what LinkedIn is building/experiencingLinkedIn is

- 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is
$125,600]/yr. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide
array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not
limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications
and specific office location. This may differ in other locations
due to cost of labor considerations.The total compensation package
for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock
