Develops annual sales and marketing strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share. Assess market potential and identifies new business opportunities and synergies. Provides expertise to the Company by building, developing and managing sales and marketing teams capable of carrying out the Company strategies and tactics. Develop and implement sales selling cycle and methodology based on market research and competitor analyses. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the Company's customer base. Set quality objectives, performance standards and priorities that are implemented and monitored across the company with respect to Marketing. Lead with compelling strategic vision that is in alignment with the organization's short and long-term goals. Develop and execute a winning marketing plan and go-to-market strategy for new and existing product lines. Social media and web branding. Collect and analyze market research, customer research, and competitive analysis. Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies. Propose projects that will increase market share or create new categories of applications. Calculate and make critical time-to-market vs. new feature tradeoff decisions. Support pricing, business models, and product naming and organization. Work with Market Development and Sales to develop the go-to-market strategy, helping all to understand product positioning, key benefits, and target client needs. Serve as the internal and external evangelist for all solutions, working with the sales team, support team, and key customers as necessary. Oversees customer care and product field installation teams. Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related area required. 10+ years of sales and marketing management experience. Experience with specific sales funnel management and structuring sales quota and revenue expectations. At least 5years experience developing, marketing and launching enterprise level software and online products and services; professional experience with online and offline marketing. Experience in working in an outsourced partner model. Experience with sales engineering and customer care. Experience with product implementation teams. Demonstrated strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. Proven experience working with large and diverse global user groups. Strong planning and analysis skills to perform quantitative data analysis. A change agent with highly evolved influencing skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for managing projects to conclusion on time. Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills. Business Systems Analyst Job Purpose: Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols. Job Duties: Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements: 5 years' experience. Excellent documentation skills and toolkit of templates from previous work experience. 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis/process improvement or related field. Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. SDLC, PMI - Methodology. MS Office Required. SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST Job Purpose: The Social Media Specialist is a member of the Corporate Communications team, managing measurement, engagement and assisting with content development across social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, SlideShare, Google+, and the company blog community. On a daily basis, manage, monitor, and engage with users on all key social media channels including but not limited to: key online conversations and all mentions of Simplebox; online presence of partners to ensure Simplebox brand is well-represented; and, track non-authorized Simplebox accounts on all channels. Manage postings daily on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, fostering follower engagement through conversations replies and monitoring related activity to ensure compliance with relevant community standards. Manage reporting for social media channels and deliver metrics on a monthly basis. Working knowledge of and experience with Google Analytics, Hootsuite and social media monitoring tools is a plus. Using analytics and other measurement tools to continually find ways to improve metrics and as well as engagement. Assist Corporate Communications team to develop content calendars for respective social media channels. Familiarity with Twitter ads, and LinkedIn marketing solutions along with SlideShare lead generation is a plus. Assist with communications team to develop a cohesive blog topic calendar on a quarterly basis, and: manage blog uploads across business units and, assist draft blog content on assigned topics. Assist team to develop YouTube strategy, optimizing videos and promotion of videos across business units. Recommend and assist in implementing social media strategies for recruiting new followers and members; fostering loyalty across all social media properties and optimizing communication strategies. Assist in ideating unique, branded content including graphics, infographics, relative contests and video content specifically for social channels. Work closely with other Marketing team members to ensure that social media activities are integrated into overall brand tactics, including paid and earned media. Qualifications/ Requirements: BA required, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related discipline. 2+ years of related experience in social media communications programs. A strong team orientation with a positive, upbeat, professional and responsible attitude. Experience in pushing developing and pushing content via Facebook, YouTube, SlideShare, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+. Ability to blog and understand blogging best practices, and a good understanding of SEO. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to communicate with executives, peers, and team members. Strategic/logical thinker that is process and detail oriented. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience with web-based software.
