our Corporate HQ office located in Plymouth, MN is looking for M &
A Integration Managers. This role will be responsible for managing
the integration of new advisory practices into the WEG model. The M
& A Integration Manager will serve as a project manager and
relationship manager. (This position has remote & hybrid work
options - and applicant does not need to reside in MN) Job
Functions Project Management Develop & manage integration project
plan Work with WEG departments to create conversion and repapering
plans to migrate accounts and assets for advisors Maintain overall
project plan for integration activities at WEG and target firm;
review status and progress & provide regular status updates to key
stakeholders. Anticipate issues that may become bottlenecks;
resolve rapidly Support pre-closing and post-closing integration
processes. Relationship Management Serve as primary ambassador to
the target company and coordinate activities and communication
across company lines Partner closely with new advisory practices to
identify/understand issues or concerns, and to provide regular
status updates. Establish strong partnership and communication with
internal WEG partners involved in integration process Change
Management Partner with Advisor Team Operations to create and
facilitate training plan Coordinate subject matter experts at WEG
to deliver specific training as necessary Define checkpoints to
substantiate training program and adoption; work with appropriate
WEG departments to adjust training modules and retrain as needed
Facilitate change by collaborating with key resources at the target
firm to provide guidance and support during the transition
Collaborate with key resources and departments within WEG to ensure
target firm receives proper on-boarding with all key departments
Issue Management Identify complex, typically cross-functional
issues during pre- and post-close integration; Work with
appropriate WEG departments to drive issues to resolution Maintain
consistent communication with WEG leadership on ongoing issue
items; Ability to discern escalation path when necessary Process
Improvement Identify opportunities and drive initiatives to improve
WEG Integration processes Collaborate with WEG departments engaged
in M&A to refine existing project plans and establish new
procedures where appropriate Travel Requirement: 25% Education-
Skills Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics,
management or related 5 years of project management and/or
relationship management experience 5 years office experience,
preferably within Financial Services or Mergers & Acquisitions
Detail oriented; ability to prioritize workflow and projects; able
to work with deadlines and be flexible Strong written
documentation, version management and organization skills
Relationship and change management exposure, ability to have
professional interactions in stressful situations Excellent oral
and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Advanced Excel, Visio, and PM tool exposure Ability to work as a
Team Member; positive solution-focused attitude OSHA The ability to
stand or sit for long periods of time, to use the telephone and
computer systems. File documents in high or low cabinets Ability to
lift up to 15 pounds Travel Independently IND123
