Job Description
The Account Manager, IB Sales identifies, matriculates, and closes
growth opportunities for the Payscale down market segments within a
specific geographical region. Prior experience selling HCM SaaS
software into the SMB and Mid-Market space is highly preferred. We
currently have over 5000+ SMB/Mid-Market customers and are proud to
call some of the world's most successful organizations customers of
our compensation platform.
We are looking for business athletes who are ideal team players -
hungry, humble, and smart - with the ability and willingness to
close transactional deals across more than 5K install base
customers. You must have strong business value presentation skills
and be comfortable presenting to human resources professionals and
c-suite execs, who are current Payscale users. Your results will be
measured individually (quota), and part of a larger team KPI (Key
performance indicators) roll-up. Retention is the life blood of our
business, but your role will be to grow each customer with new
compensation data sets, software, and services.
