Who You AreWe are looking for a Content Operations Manager who is a
highly organized individual as an essential member of the new
business team sitting alongside the Entrepreneur-in-Residence,
Product Manager, UX Designer and a robust tech team. This role is a
blend of talent management, project management, and content
What you'll do: Manage and coordinate all tactical aspects of
digital video and audio content creation to share with the
community of athletes* who test with the Innovation Labs,
- Develop and manage productions processes, scheduling, and
workflows to increase efficiency and drive quality standards with
production teams and talent
- Organize and manage all digital assets in a content management
system and oversee the digital content lifecycle partnering with
internal Tech and Product teams
- Work with content strategist, talent, and various teams to
ensure deliverables and timelines are being met across
- Take ownership of the master project calendar in partnership
with Technical Project Manager
- Participate in meetings with key internal partners, document
meeting outcomes, and distribute recaps with action items to
- Collaborate with content strategist to ensure email marketing
communications and push notifications are scheduled and delivered
to the user community
- Help build, support, and celebrate a great team culture
grounded in belonging
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in content operations and
project/program management ideally working within digital services,
tech, research or sport science.
- Experience with content management systems (i.e. Campaign
Monitor for email marketing and Airship for push
- Experience with managing various levels of talent (e.g.
coaches, athletes, etc.)
- Strong and adaptable written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent grammar is a must.
- Ability adaptable to evolving needs
- Tolerance for ambiguity but superpower for translating it into
organized and meaningful steps
