Overview of the JobThe target candidate understands how to recruit and assist systems integration partners. The ideal candidate works well in a dynamic team-oriented environment. Your network of existing partner relationships will help you jumpstart in this role. Our unique solution will exercise your ability to move customers mindset on how video surveillance can be a business tool. We are young and working to shape the market with a modern IT view. You will be learning how to sell in a monthly recurring revenue model and teaching partners new ways to make longer term and more balanced revenue. This role will be remote and is located in the southern region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas).Responsibilities

Establish commercial relationships with systems integrators
Build integrated sales plans
Direct the onboarding of the SI, including sales training, service training and customer prospect development
Coordinate the involvement of field account executives, support, services, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Sell through partner organization to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Tracks registered opportunities through assigned partner accounts.
Closely coordinate company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as necessary.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of overall sales experience in the security industry
Experience field based positions with consistent over quota achievement
Prefer 2+ years of selling Software solutions
3+ years of Channel selling/management experience
Has great relationship skills and strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of a customer and internal audience
Business and technical acumen with an ability to navigate organization layers
Maximize customer/partner facing activities with the ability to listen, understand and communicate strategic solutions, utilizing effective discovery techniques to uncover sales opportunities
Must already reside in the territory
Requires regular travel in the territory.
Experience working in a home office
Self motivated


Skills/Training Desired

Overall knowledge of the Security industries services and pricing practices, including audits, upgrades and maintenance
Experience using CRM system, preferably Sales Force
