NeilMed prides itself in being a part of the small community of Santa Rosa, located in the heart of Sonoma County's wine country of Northern California.
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce/ Internet Global Sales Manager to help manage and grow our e-commerce business. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing an e-commerce nation-wide strategy, expanding brand presence of product lines, creating on-line promotions, obtaining new online accounts and increasing sales. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong performer with experience driving digital sales with a passion for expanding brand awareness. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES: Develop, implement, and deliver the overall strategy and goals for e-commerce sales division Increase sales through B2B channels including Amazon,, and other etailers/resellers of consumer goods and open market place globally Plan and execute all online advertising campaigns, an e-commerce B2B marketing plan including; creative, content, search, and email marketing initiatives Build promotional programs Maintain positive relationships with category buyers Develop and present e-commerce sales growth plan to senior management for approval Lead initiatives that result in a strong customer experience Develop, analyze and present sales reports with key actions to executive management
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: 5+ years' of ecommerce and account management sales experience. B2B strongly preferred Bachelors degree preferably in Business specialized in Sales/Marketing Experience with CPG company or product lines, is a plus. Technical knowledge and understanding of e-commerce platforms, vendor EDQ systems, digital marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Bing, etc.) PPC network and programmatic ads Expert level in Excel with Macro capabilities Proven track record of beating goals and growing brands Recent and successful track record in building and running e-commerce business models and successful execution Background in exploring online sales channel & well versed in optimizing online user experience Should be a motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communications skills Exudes a strong sense of teamwork, multi-task efficiency, collaborativeby Jobble
