We design strategic, customer-centric discussions that reinvent what's possible, motivate change, and enable companies to work smarter, collaborate better, and build deeper relationships - starting now.Position DescriptionThe role of the Director, HQ Strategy is to manage the strategy team members based out of San Francisco, inspiring excellence, creating high morale, and encouraging inclusivity and wellbeing. The director will evolve and maintain all strategy team's processes and tools, and ensure team members are informed and enabled on everything needed to complete their roles with efficiency and excellence. This individual will be responsible for crafting processes with other global field marketing teams that ensure consistency and effective partnership. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate to, work with, and influence team members, executive leadership, sales management, and other partnering teams crucial to delivering and ensuring the success of SIC executive engagements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Core Responsibilities Lead all aspects of and evolve our meeting delivery strategy at our San Francisco Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC)Collaborate and align with other teams within the SIC on capacity, metrics, overlapping processes, and partner engagement and comms.Regularly review and refine all Strategy Team process documentation in partnership with the New York Center lead, and then work with the internal teams to update assets that support these processes.Design, prep, and complete top account engagements to have a pulse on the process to be able to adapt where neededConduct an ongoing cadence of team information and best practice sharing and enablement to ensure the continued excellence in execution and growth of team members in meeting craft.Supervise and maintain high data quality amongst each Strategy team member.Partner with other Global Field Marketing teams to participate in proactive engagement and journeys that influence top accounts in a substantial and coordinated way.
