We are not simply a data vendor; we are truly a service organization.We are looking for an experienced Partner Alliances Manager to develop a strategic partner program to focused on driving revenue growth.GOALS:

  • Develop a formalized partner program with competitive strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Drive new business revenue growth and client retention through strategic partner relationships and integration solutions
  • Increase market presence through strategic relationships with key ATS/HRIS and other HCM solution providersRESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Cultivate strategic relationships with key partners in the HR tech industry, such as HCM, ATS, HRIS solution providers
    • Develop and maintain pipeline of strategic partners best aligned with the Frasco Profiles ICP
    • Manage partner portfolio, track objectives, performance & results
    • Leverage existing partner relationships and identify opportunities for growth
    • Co-Develop, present and deploy annual business development plan for partners to support Frasco business objectives to drive sales growth
    • Assist in setting annual sales goals and forecasts driven from partner relationships
    • Develop specific plan for each ATS, including relationship building with ATS sales and account management teams
    • Determine needs to develop Frasco brand awareness through all available ATS sales opportunities, including online marketplace, white papers, videos, etc. and work with executives to create content
    • Manage budget related to partner initiatives
    • Work with sales team to facilitate lead referral activity back to partners
    • Event planning with strategic partners such as customer events, joint webinars, joint marketing opportunities
    • Identify and facilitate sponsorship opportunities that will provide the highest ROI. Requirements:SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
      • Strong relationship skills
      • Proven track record of success in background screening industry or human capital management (HCM)
      • Intimate knowledge of screening industry, including the competitive landscape, available and emerging products/services
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong industry-specific relationships and ability to effectively communicate with executive level decision makers
      • Aggressive attitude in developing new partners and building personal relationships
      • Excellent time management and organization skills, and strong attention to detail
      • Ability to develop deeply rooted relationships with partners, fellow staff members and other professionals
      • Superior client facing interaction skills together with strong negotiation tactics
      • Computer literacy requirements: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Customer Relationship Management softwareQUALIFICATIONS:
        • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from accredited university preferred
        • 2 + years of Sales or Partner Management experience
        • HCM industry experience desired
        • Strong analytical, negotiation, writing, speaking, presentation and closing skills
        • Strong work ethic, initiative, accountability and ambition
        • Ability to maintain high motivation while working remotely
        • Ability to travel several times per year
