Vice President of Sales, Symbeo The successful VP of Sales must demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills with a focused on success and growth. The VP of Sales must have an in-depth knowledge of the AP Digitization and Automation market combined with excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, overseeing their sales activities and meeting with major clients and prospects. In addition, you will work with both Symbeo and Corporate marketing teams to design and drive effective sales strategies, to create a consistent marketing message to promote products and services. Vice President of Sales Responsibilities: * Increase company revenue by developing, managing and motivating the sales team to achieve company sales and revenue goals. * Embrace being the public face of Symbeo. Promote Symbeo to the public at sales events, conferences and other events. * Establishing and maintain key customer relationships. * Develop sales training programs and identify where improvements can be made while developing sales plans and strategies to achieve stated goals. * Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals * Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting. * Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction. * Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings. * Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services. Vice President of Sales Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous. * Minimum of 7 years proven sales leadership experience in addition 4 years as an Account Executive in a technogy and CRM driven environment. * 2 plus years experience in a senior leadership role may be advantageous. * In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivational techniques. * Strong working knowledge of AP Digitization and Automation products in the market. * Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with strategic customers. * Strong creative and strategic thinking to provide solutions to prospective clients. * Be the subject matter expert on industry influences and changes. * Experience developing and implanting sales plans and strategies. * Experience managing sales budget. * Experience implementing and managing a commission program. * Experienced recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs. * Knowledgeable of Salesforce to track activity and manage sales process.
