OVERVIEWThe Relationship Manager plays a key role in the Operations
team, working alongside underwriting, risk, and product teams to
execute and support our global payments strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer FocusThe Agent
Support Representative to facilitate and foster new relationships,
perform training, provide materials, and assist with
submissions.Develops and nurtures internal and external
relationshipsResponds quickly with accurate information or
follow-up expectationsProactively understands needs and concerns of
merchants and agentsLives our vision and deepens relationships by
championing accounts and relationships through the on-boarding
Managing Time & PrioritiesStrong time management; focuses efforts
on important prioritiesUses workplace tools, technology or personal
methods to keep track of priorities and assignmentsOptimize
payments operation, reliability, quality, cost of payment methods
and relationships using rigorous, data-driven performance
evaluationsMaximize current partnerships through detailed and
proactive account management, working with partners to define,
iterate, stabilize and enable new initiatives and
productsCollaborate with partners to improve points of failures,
resolve partner incidents, document processes and drive
accountability/performance against contracted service
levelsResearch and analyze industry trends and opportunities to
further distinguish its positioning and payments
productsIdentifying a strategic partnership between
businessesPortfolio acquisitionPerform Statement AnalysisPerform
additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:1 year of relevant work experience in the payments
industry1 year of partner or relationship management experience
preferredMinimum 1 year required in the payments industry.
Strong administrative background with effective communication via
both email and phoneModerate understanding of common payment
processing sales channels (Retail, Restaurant, eCommerce, MOTO,
CDP)Basic understanding of Underwriting and Risk job functionsBasic
understanding of common equipment and gatewaysBasic understanding
of TSYS processing platforms and pricing structures preferred, but
