For more information, visit The Field Marketing Manager will work with HQ-based teams to assess, prioritize, support, and inform all marketing initiatives, including Consumer and HCP promotions, communication plans, Austin CXL team, sales enablement, field and HCP reporting and HCP and Product advisory boards. You will provide the field perspective and considerations internally and be the portfolio source of truth for the field sales teams. Your understanding of field sales, provider needs, and marketing channels/strategies will ensure tactics are properly conceived and executed to achieve the overall organization goals.. You will be the primary contact for your assigned geography and be available for HCP and Consumer teams, collecting perspective from your peers and suggesting tactics, enhancements or in some cases removal of tactics or processes. You will be the lead COE for your region, drive advisory boards and collateral needs focusing on improvements and efficiencies. You will publish consolidated recommendations as it relates to our products, promotions, marketing efforts, and work cross-functionally on reporting, analysis, and ROI. As the single source of truth, you will be responsible for attending field sales calls, responding to field questions from all teams, and driving all direct support needs for your assigned geography.. This is a new position created to provide consistent and consolidated two-way feedback between marketing and the field organization.. You must conduct your work activities in compliance with all Allergan internal requirements and with all applicable regulatory requirements. Allergan internal requirements include compliance with ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements, and objectives.. Responsibilities:. Support all cross-functional portfolio marketing, promotional, training and Professional Relations, activities within assigned geography.. Leverage communication and promotional tools with all field sales teams to optimize the impact of marketing activities, educational programs, training schedules.. Assist the program team with maintaining open and clear communication with field team and customers.. Communicate and educate the field sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities. Oversee all program implementations and launches to ensure smooth execution within field, with customers, and ultimately with consumers.. Interface with field sales and HQ-based teams (APP, Training (Rep and HCP), Alle, Austin, Professional and Consumer) coordinating sales enablement needs, and work with field marketing team to enhance and develop tools, programs, reporting, training, and content. Work with sales to identify gaps and provide solutions to resolve. Work with data and insights to better support company and HCP initiatives. Liaise with other managers and their teams as required to ensure HCP needs are fulfilled and that communications to customers/consumers are managed proactively. Understand and work from a YPOP mindset (Your Practice, Our Purpose). Organize and attend conferences and key client visits where necessary. Other duties as required. Education and Experience BS/BA, MBA an advantage. 5-10 years of experience in sales,. 5-years of experience in business development or marketing. Ability to develop strategic solutions while using quantitative and qualitative analytics. Demonstrated ability to understand the voice of the customer and deliver results. Strong influencer, sales minded with understanding of B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing. Significant Work Activities.
