The responsibility of a Client Support Analyst is to provide
administrative support to the HMS team members on all client and
company related projects in order to enhance productivity, output
and efficiency. Build and maintain excellent relationships within
the organization and day-to-day client and vendor contacts, as
-Proactively support HMS team members on all company and client
related projects to meet necessary expectations and deadlines.
-Support in the development of HMS presentations and consolidation
of reports specific to initiatives such as, but not limited to,
client wellness survey results, biometric screening data analytics
and recommendations, health assessment summary and review, wellness
program participation and results, quarterly and yearly reviews,
-Assist HMS in the development and design of client advertising
materials and communications that align with client and
-Support client incentive management process
-Manage monthly wellness newsletter & e-card distribution and WebMD
programming for all clients.
