Job Description: CoreLogic is looking for a passionate and confident Senior Professional, Events Producer responsible for planning, implementing, managing and executing all aspects of virtual and face-to-face experiences. From strategy to execution - including defining the experience, the content requirements, the coordination of speaker talent (internal and external) and producing critical assets (event objectives, creative materials, storytelling planning, deployment and analysis (including return on event metrics) etc.) this senior leader will be responsible for bringing the event to life, by closely working with business, product, sales and marketing leaders. In this critical role, this producer will collaborate across functions and business units to optimize physical and virtual events that reinforce the corporate brand, strengthen our market positioning, drive client intimacy and enhance relationships that deliver revenue. The successful candidate loves events and conferences even if they are virtual these days - but what is different about this role is that he/she has a passion for being in charge of the narrative and the ability to influence key stakeholders. In some capacity, this senior leader has a combination of event management and content marketer at an association, corporation or marketing agency and has a proven track record in building the experience and content strategy.-- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, marketing partners and cross-functional team members to develop and execute short- and long-term event strategies, budgets, roadmaps, and communication plans.
  • Develop and deploy a complete marketing roadmap for flagship events, including digital marketing, sales collateral, creative and messaging across all client touchpoints.
  • Research and produce industry-leading conferences, including recruiting and confirming internal and external speakers for the event.
  • Responsible for completing and managing event strategy plans, proposals, recommendations and outside vendor statements of work, contracts.
  • Coordinate and lead kick-off meetings, vendor meetings and team meetings; distribute detailed plans as needed and provide timely updates to promote full transparency.
  • Work directly with content owners and creative team to help structure, build and manage presentations and own final changes.
  • Oversee production and technical aspects of impactful and meaningful events - from virtual event platforms to streaming partners to all production requirements.
  • Comfortable testing technology, virtual event platforms, and making informed recommendations to clients based on functionality, budget, and client needs.--
  • Create a run of show, manage and leading client rehearsals, and act as show caller for event days to ensure all parties are prepared for success.
  • Manage communications with presenters and hosts to ensure they have the correct equipment (mic, camera) and test internet connectivity and liaise with management to procure equipment as needed.
  • Liaison with Creative, Audio-Visual, Platform & Streaming (both internal and external) partners to negotiate to price and establish solutions and timelines.--
  • Source compelling and engaging networking and entertainment options.
  • Develop and manage resources, teams and execution plans to fulfill the following:
  • Venue or platform research, analysis, sourcing, management
  • Audiovisual and technical production needs and facilitation
  • Event support, including event staffing and coverage assignments,
  • Event theme and development of appropriate experience design to create, unique environments,
  • Speaker/keynote engagements and presentations,
  • Feedback and post-mortem data collection and reporting.
  • Research recent industry events and conferences, monitoring best practices and making recommendations.
  • Manage all budget and related financial responsibilities, including estimates, deposits and invoicing, billing and event expense reconciliation, provide detailed post-show expense reporting.

  • Manage master show list, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Understands and has experience in build thriving communities and is an active part of the professional events and marketing communities online and offline. Job Qualification:
    • 7-9 years of event management and production experience within the Events Industry, Marketing Consulting, Software / Technology organization or work experience with experience filming, editing, and live control room production.
    • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Design or Hospitality (or equivalent practical experience) or A Bachelor's degree in Film/Television production.
    • Significant experience in creating an integrated event plan and successfully delivering dozens of experiences that meet/exceed marketing objectives.
    • A passion for technology and the potential for it to positively impact events of all shapes and sizes, and particularly virtual ones right now
    • An empathetic personality and care about solving problems and helping your immediate and broader team deliver world-class events
    • Top-notch organizational skills and are adept at multitasking and thorough in your documentation and follow-up practices.
    • Experience in storytelling or scripting.
    • Experience working with AV teams and virtual events platforms.
    • Creative problem-solver with a strong design sense, with an exceptional understanding of creating a total event experience to achieve marketing and business objectives.
    • Effective communication (written and oral), organizational, and presentation skills.
    • Strong leadership with demonstrated ability to establish credibility among peers and senior management, coupled with recognizing and supporting the organization's preferences and priorities.
    • Solid analytical skills and decision-making capabilities coupled with sound judgment and the ability to learn, recognize and support what's best for the business.
    • High standards of accuracy with extraordinary attention to detail; high degree of quality orientation; ability to manage data integrity, security and confidentiality.
    • Excellent project management skills (Six Sigma/PMP a plus), a keen sense of urgency, and a high commitment to customer service is required.
    • Ability to work in a flexible environment and comfortable with ambiguity (and tight deadlines).
    • Collaborative work style; ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
    • Willingness and ability to travel.
