We offer an exciting, fast-paced work environment, and we currently have an opportunity for a Installation Operations Manager allowing you to make an immediate impact on our team and company. This individual will be responsible for Leadership and Operations of the Parcel Locker Installation team. Responsibilities include the following:

• Management and oversight of the Parcel Locker Installation Team
• Ensure Parcel Locker installation for each customer is completed to specification, timely, within budget and to customer satisfaction
• Schedule and Support 3 rd party technicians to service Parcel Pending Lockers
• Manage vendor relationship, including Yearly RFQ's and holding vendor accountable to goals
• Operate within monthly budget, including invoice approval process
• Support Parcel Pending team with Locker inventory queries and support
• Manage locker reschedules as needed
• Ensure monthly installation KPI's are achieved individually and by the team
• Support Locker Vinyl Wraps.
• Leadership by example including customer calls, vendor relationship management, customer installations and all administrative and timing responsibilities associated with installations -- Responsible for the customer experience at a property from the property management team down to each resident.
  • Provide a Great Customer Experience -- Respond promptly to internal and external customer issues, including Sales support questions to help support Closing sale experiences. -- Ownership of all escalated customer concerns -- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. -- Responsible for onsite visits/ service calls when applicable -- Develop and lead team to improve skills and grow associates -- Develop and implement process improvements leading to a better customer experience and greater efficiencies and company savings. -- Perform other duties as required to support the success of Parcel Pending Required Skills & Experience -- Ability to problem solve and operate independently -- Highly Tech Savvy -- Strong Work Ethic with ownership of Individual and team success. -- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change -- Must work great in a team environment. -- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities in person, on phone and via email. -- Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand/carry out instructions provided in written or verbal format. -- Ability to multitask, and work wells under pressure -- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook What Parcel Pending Offers You:
