Intercontinental Mortgage Group (ICG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide coordination and implementation of work as directed by the Business Stakeholders. The Project Manager will review all aspects of the loan origination process to understand their Change Requests to verify it makes good business sense and does not impede existing solid processes. The individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in a variety of situations, possess strong written/verbal communication skills, excellent administrative and organizational skills and the ability to deliver finished projects on time and with the stated outcomes. He/she will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Job Responsibilities :

• Working experience in one or more of the following functional areas: loan origination systems (Encompass preferred), mortgage lending, mortgage operations, sales operations, or call center operations
• Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations
• Manage objectives through key reports and other analytics, as well as creating and summarizing for senior management to help execute to the business plan and keep stakeholders informed
• Subject matter expert on specified system(s) or application(s) and acts as the sole point of contact between the business unit and other departments, vendor(s) and Information Technology throughout the project lifecycle
• General administrative support including coordinating for team events; meeting support, including agendas and minutes; and special projects with constantly moving priorities
• Experience in managing one or more of the following projects: process design, information systems implementation, software development lifecycle, process improvement initiatives, compliance/risk mitigation, or product development initiatives
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in operations, finance, admin operations, business; preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Encompass workflow and process improvement
  • Preferred work experience in leading projects using Agile and waterfall methodology
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently
  • Self-directed, motivated, enjoys learning and continuous self-improvement.
