People Team supports our business leaders to enable organizational
effectiveness and execution of operational initiatives, and a
critical part of this support will be providing workforce insights
to help inform decision-making and planning for the people
strategy. With recent implementations of Workday, Greenhouse and
Qualtrics, the foundation for people data is now in place, and we
are ready to build our workforce insights capability to leverage
data to develop actionable insights aimed at answering key business
questions. If you are someone that has built a People Insights
strategy and function from the ground up and would like to do it
again in a dynamic, data-hungry and diversified environment, then
