Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Audience Extension Manager position in Irvine, CA (REMOTE). Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contractLength: 1 year+Pay: $50.25/ HRShift/Hours: 8A - 5PResponsibilities for this Audience Extension Manager position include but are not limited to:* The Audience Extension Mgr. performs daily campaign management of Audience Extension online advertising (DSPs and Advertising Platforms)* Implement/coordinate optimization, asset creation/collection and bids/budget management against specific internal and client target KPI's.* This role will serve as an escalation point and directly troubleshoot issues, as they arise. * Identifying opportunities to create process and strategy improvements.* To document and act on these best practices and implement within our teams, with the goal of ensuring maximization of revenue via on-time delivery, quality execution and efficient media spend.* This role will work directly with Account teams and assist in messaging related to new products, industry trends, and process improvements.* Additionally, this role will participate in client-directed meetings and internal QBRs.* Performs daily campaign management of Audience Extension online advertising (DSPs and Advertising Platforms) for.* This role will work directly with Account teams and assist in messaging related to new products, industry trends, and process improvements.* Participate in client-directed meetings and internal QBRs.* Manage daily activities with agencies, advertisers, sales, vendors, internal teams and offshore teams regarding any creative, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and process issues or questions.* Develop and document best practices and daily operating procedure for fulfillment of market campaigns in various DSP's and Advertising platforms.* Inclusive of optimization, creative rotation, bid management, site management and audience management.* Represent Ad Ops/AXO team in any client meeting, either in person or via call, in support of sales and client objectives. Participate in new strategy implementation to ensure that new strategy will deliver best in class fulfillment of KPIs for our clients.* Maintain strong working relationships with internal Account, Product, Finance and Ad Ops teams, keeping them apprised of any issues or anomalies that impact business.* Provides performance reporting for clients, ad hoc reporting requests, analyzing delivery and providing insights to leadership and providing month end reconciliation to finance.* Demonstrate the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties as the needs of our clients and our operations change.* Additional responsibilities may be delegated to assist meeting our goals and mission.Qualifications for this Audience Extension Manager position:* 2+ years of managing digital advertising campaigns is required* 2+ years of working with client specific outcomes is required* 3+ years of process and internal goal management is required* 2+ years of creative/tag management is required* 2+ years of social advertising would be a huge plusWhy work for Adecco? * Weekly pay* 401(k) Plan* Skills Training* Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefitsIMPORTANT: This Audience Extension Manager position is being recruited for by Adecco's National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
