Overview:Position OverviewAs a Client Director you will add new logos, manage your customer relationships, maximize profits and grow your business, as well as provide guidance on the same to your team using your experience and drawing on best practices.Responsibilities:Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maintain and increase market share.
• Conduct sales campaigns and communicate to all stakeholders to win the sale.
• Grow customer contacts, increase collaboration, customer penetration and expansion.
• Identify a broad range of opportunities and customers to ensure a consistent pipeline.
• Present the Computacenter Fusionstorm Inc. story to targeted customers.
• Generate new business opportunities in customer base and new customers.
• Engage with appropriate internal resources and management to ensure solution meets customer needs.
• Create and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Transact complex transformational sales to maximize profit.
• Responsible for contract negotiations.
• Timely and accurate submission of forecast and mastery of salesforce.
• Attend one to two international events.
  • Prepare before customer meetings and follow up after the meetings with customers and managers in a timely fashion.
    • Consistent participation in designated office hours.
    • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organization.
    • Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
    • Embrace and support Computacenter's mission and core values.In addition to executing on the above list of duties and responsibilities, this position requires you to provide guidance, direction, mentorship and coaching on the same to your team, as well as, to lead, inspire and support your team in support of growing their businesses.Supervisory Duties
      • Supervises, directs and controls the activities of assigned staff.
      • Interviews, schedules, trains and assigns work.
      • Establishes performance expectations and monitors results.
      • Develop and nurture a team to highlight strengths and raise the bar for talent.
      • Ensures a trained, motivated and professional staff capable of providing efficient and effective operations and exceptional member service.
      • Recommends the discipline and/or discharge of staff, while maintaining required personnel documentation.
      • Coaches and counsels' staff, as necessary.Qualifications:Education & Experience Required
        • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
        • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience.
        • Generated plus $3m in GP in current role.
        • 10+ years of relevant sales experience in an IT environment.Skills & Competencies
          • Ability to build effective and constructive relationships.

          • Ability to resolve significant customer issues while moving the business forward.
            • Willingness to collaborate and share best practices.
