Job Description:

The Sr HR Manager, Development Programs - Senior & Executive Development is responsible for the management of HR programs and policy requirements that provide the framework for program design that aligns with Edwards--- Talent and Organization strategy, HR strategy and business needs. This role is responsible for bringing outside-in perspective and expertise founded on market intelligence for People Leadership --- Senior Leader & Exec Development to incorporate leading practices and innovative solutions into the program requirements. The Sr. Manager is responsible for defining the development program learning requirements for the purpose of enhancing the employee experience and maintaining the business competitive advantage. This role collaborates with other COE teams to support an integrated strategy, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Develop, define, and plan objectives and learning requirements for larger, higher-visibility, and more impactful People Leadership --- Senior Leader & Exec Development programs based on business needs and strategic goals, with accountability for all project deliverables including identifying gaps, recommending solutions while providing direction and guidance to multiple project teams. Identify, evaluate, and lead the implementation of more complex training and development programs and process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities that impact the highest leadership levels of the organization. Oversee and maintain program design and delivery. Use data and complex analytics to support continuous improvement to reduce cost, improve program quality/satisfaction, and demonstrate the value of the development programs to the business Incorporate leading practices into People Leadership --- Senior Leader & Exec program design and identify ways to introduce innovative solutions to achieve business goals Develop and proactively manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure vendor performance and maximize investment Collaborate with other Program Owners/Designers to create a seamless employee experience across HR offerings Collaborate with HR teams to design programs and reports to continually improve data elements for compliance/evaluation Basic Qualifications: Bachelor---s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of Learning and Development experience; or Master---s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of Learning and Development experience. 10 years of experience designing and developing development programs for Director and above level leaders. Proven success in working in a global, fast-paced and growing business environment Advanced knowledge of current and upcoming trends, thought leadership, and leading practices for Senior and Executive level development Preferred Qualifications: Ability to articulate program objectives, activities, and policies by aligning HR strategic goals and vision to business needs Creative thinking skills exhibited through thoughtful and innovative design of programs Excellent interpersonal skills including influencing, consulting, negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship management with the ability to drive achievement of objectives Ability to work seamlessly across cultures, virtually and build relationships in an evolving and fast-growing organization Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose, define and guide the design and enhancements of programs to meet business and workforce needs Exceptional customer service orientation and employee experience mindset Ability to prioritize, draw insights, and pivot based on business needs Strong planning and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong business acumen Operate with a global mindset Edwards is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer including protected Veterans and individuals with disabilities.
