Job Description:

The wholesale Account Manager (AM) is responsible for facilitating loans in process from initial decision to funding while upholding high standards of customer service and quality of work. Duties include obtaining documentation from Brokers, adhering to the company's Service Level Agreement (SLA) turn times, and having a working knowledge of the loan products and guidelines necessary to facilitate a smooth process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

--- Work directly with brokers on conditions, documents and questions

--- Effectively manage pipeline of 50+ loans

--- Clear conditions in a timely manner

--- Organize, index and evaluate imaged documents

--- Pre-screen all conditions before forwarding to underwriting for clear to close

--- Keep files compliant and generate and send LEs and CDs

--- Must be able to multitask and have a great attitude

--- Proactively solve issues and provide solutions; executing as appropriate

--- Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, governing regulations, including compliance

--- Ensure excellent service is provided to our internal and external customers/partners

--- Work closely with Broker, Account Executive, Underwriter and the Funding team to move file through process

--- Assist other AM

--- Performs other related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

--- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Account Manager

--- Extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and NAN-QM loan programs for both purchase& refinances

--- Must have Wholesale experience

--- Understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting and closing procedures

--- Encompass LOS experience is highly preferred

--- Mavent experience

--- Experience with both wet& dry states

--- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs

--- Present example of team spirit

--- Strong written and verbal communication skills

--- Detail oriented and quality focused

--- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
