power-hungry systems to do more with less. Job S ummary: this is an
exciting role in a growing company. The ideal candidate for the Lab
Technician is someone who has experience with electronics testing
calibration, equipment inventory, and implementing safety
standards. In this role, you will work with the Lab Manager to
manage engineering labs and production work spaces and all
equipment used within them. Responsibilities: Assist in management
of calibration schedule adherence for electronics test equipment
and tools, optimizing downtime to maintain production and
engineering schedule needs. Complete any calibration work that can
be accomplished in house and troubleshoot as necessary Inventory of
equipment and assets Responsible for the ESD, calibration, FOD and
safety compliance in engineering lab and manufacturing environments
Accountable to maintain safe and organized work areas at all time
and support company EHS initiatives Support the company's tool
control methods Drive ESD compliance testing and documentation
Collaborate with engineering in new equipment implementation Work
with industrial engineering team to maintain tool control processes
and chit usage Historical record keeping Operate in accordance with
Quality, Health, Environment and Safety guidelines and instructions
and help create guidelines where required AS9100 audit preparation
and participation Basic Qualifications: Computer knowledge;
experience with Microsoft Excel Experience with RF testing
equipment and ESD compliance Experience creating and maintaining
calibration systems Lockout tagout knowledge and demonstration of
use Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills High school or
equivalent 2 years of experience in electronic test calibration or
maintenance US Citizen (future security clearance may be required)
Ability to use a pallet jack and lift boxes of various weights and
sizes Preferred Skills and Experience: AS9100 knowledge and audit
experience Proven ability to manage and lead change
Aerospace/Defense experience (preferably in new product
introduction) Strong written and oral communication skills
Collaborative; capable of working with various functions in an
organization Organized; comfortable working in a fast-paced,
ever-changing environment ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S.

compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is
influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to
skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For
the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this
role is: $32.84—$40.43 USD
