Located in Irvine, California, the Senior Software Test Engineer
will develop test design and test cases for web applications to
provide Canon exceptional quality to our customers. This is an
exciting opportunity for candidates with a background in Software
testing and Quality Assurance who enjoy a technical challenge
working in our interactive Agile project team. The Business
Innovation Group (BIG) at CUSA, Inc. delivers innovative software

Your Impact • Review product requirements and specifications to
create project test documentation, provide test execution, and
provide feedback or direct implementation of test automation • May
provide technical leadership on a single medium size or on multiple
small size projects • Work and collaborate with peers, in both BIG
Test Engineering and the cross functional project team to deliver
Canon quality products • Work with BIG Test Engineering (TE)
management to provide feedback as well as recommendations to the
existing TE infrastructure, testing, Quality Assurance improvements
and best practices • Create Automation for projects for faster
turnaround • Leverage AI to support day to day tasks where possible
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring • Bachelor's degree in
an engineering discipline required plus 5 years of experience in
QA/Test Engineering. Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science
or related field preferred • Work experience testing cloud
applications (functional and non-functional testing) • Work
experience testing enterprise web services/application and mobile
applications (iOS/Android) • Work experience with SQL • Working
experience creating QA Test Strategy and Test Matrix documents •
Work experience with local network troubleshooting • Work
experience with working in an Agile environment • Work experience
with JIRA and Jama applications • Work experience with test
automation using platforms and applications such as Selenium,
Appium, TestNG, Eclipse, Ranorex, Playwright • Work experience and
proficiency with Windows platform, Microsoft Office applications
and Google Workspace • Ability to work independently and with a
team, effectively managing your time to meet product delivery and
quality objectives • Experience in working with offshore
outsourcing teams • Ability to communicate effectively with QA,
development and PM team members (oral, written) • Strong
analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities •
Excellent attention to details • Good interpersonal skills:
teamwork, respect, tact and discretion • Demonstrate a positive
attitude under pressure • Overnight travel required 10%-20% • Will
require travel dependent on business needs • May require
flexibility in working more than 3 days a week in the office
depending on specific project needs and deadlines In accordance
with California law, we are providing the anticipated base salary
