Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for escalated technical issues,
collaborating with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and
resolve them
Triage, prioritize, and communicate issues to engineering and key
stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships with
engineering teams
Support strategic customers, lead conference calls, and participate
in an on-call rotation for high-priority incidents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
equivalent experience
2+ years in a customer-facing support or service role
2+ years in a technical support role
Strong understanding of SSO configuration, setup, and
troubleshooting
Solid knowledge of APIs and familiarity with networking protocols
and concepts
