• Career Growth!Job DetailsJob Details:We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Engineer to join our Aerospace & Defense team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on some of the most cutting-edge technologies in the industry. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that is responsible for the design, development, and testing of advanced power electronics systems for aerospace and defense applications. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.Responsibilities:1. Lead the technical development and execution of complex engineering projects in the Aerospace & Defense sector.2. Utilize your expertise in power electronics to design, develop, and test advanced systems.3. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify issues and develop effective corrective actions.4. Generate clear and concise technical documentation, including scope of work, test data, and failure modes and effect analysis.5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.6. Present project progress and findings to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.7. Continuously monitor and assess project performance, risk, and quality control.8. Ensure all engineering activities and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required. Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the Aerospace & Defense industry.3. Proven expertise in power electronics and related technologies.4. Strong experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.5. Proficient in technical writing and able to produce clear, concise documentation.6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.7. Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information.9.
