We are looking to hire a Principal Full Stack Engineer for the Technology and Product Development Team. As an engineer in the NPI industry 4.0 group, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with the latest technologies. In this role, you will be working with the larger team to build out our industry 4.0 platform. You will deliver outstanding and innovative solutions that will help grow our new industry 4.0 platform and deliver new services that will shape the future of manufacturing.

What you'll be doing...

• Designing and building out services on our I4.0 platform, some examples of the things we work on: digital twin, indoor tracking, factory simulation software, no code workflows.
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Designing scalable and high performing applications that can be handed off to production.
• Working closely with engineering and product leadership to improve and execute on processes as our product offering scales.
• Making the right trade-offs to deliver value sooner and faster. What we're looking for...
  
  You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with web UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: C++, Python, Go, Java, C#.
  • Experience developing scalable services exposing REST, GraphQL, gRPC APIs. Even better if you have one or more of the following:
    • A Master's degree in computer science or related field.
    • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Comfortable working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
    • Comfortable working in Agile environment such as SAFe and/or Scrum.
    • Experience with modeling and developing simulation using game engines (Unity, Unreal).
    • Experience working with enterprise application frameworks such as Spring Boot.
    • Experience working with location tracking services.
    • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about code quality, best practices, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
    • Ability to learn new technology and concepts, even without in-depth experience.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

      If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $121,000.00 and $254,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
