Job Description:
We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RF ICs, Power
Amplifiers and Modules for Mobile, WIFI, 5G Infrastructure and IoT
(Internet of Things) markets. They have a need for an RF Front End
Module Design Engineer, based in Irvine CA (Also Boston MA or
Ottawa CN.)We need a BSEE or higher degree, with 3 to 10+ years of
RF Front End Module Design experience. Will integrate PAs,
Switches, Filters and other front end ICs onto laminate. Should be
strong in using Cadence simulation tools, as well as EM simulation.
Should have good knowledge of RF Test for Design, including Load
Pull and measuring other PA parameters.
