seeking a -Senior Electrical Engineer to join our world-class
Electrical Team. This is a rare opportunity to fulfill a senior
person / technical lead for the Sand Diego, Irvine, and Las Vegas
Electrical group . The person best suited for this role will be
someone who:

electrical designs of various scales and in various market

Impact This role will entail:
- Design and plan electrical power systems for all types of
projects including but not limited to: industrial and manufacturing
facilities, hospitals, laboratories, high-rise offices, educational
facilities, and other commercial and institutional projects.
- Design and specification of power and control systems, system
layouts, load calculations, equipment sizing, and selection,
performing calculations of lighting systems and associated controls
for assigned projects.
- Working with external team members including architects,
outside consultants, code officials, and contractors.
- Working with internal team members of other disciplines to
provide a fully coordinated and thought-out design.
- Provide leadership in prioritizing engineering project team
labor to meet multiple moving deadlines and track project
budgets.
- Responsible for ensuring a high quality of work procued by the
electrical design team members through proper quality control.
- Be able to act as "Engineer of Record" and lead electrical
engineer.
- Review MEP systems designed by others, interface with code
officials and contractors, work with architect and other
clients.
- Prioritize engineering project requirements both technical and
operational related.
- Training and mentoring electrical designers to help them grow
and develop their design and consulting skills. What You Bring -

- 12+ years of -experience with technical lead and design
experience. -
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
industry experience.
- Current Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.

- Has a proven track record delivering complete, successful
electrical designs of various scales and in various market
sectors.
- Is euthanistic about providing leadership and mentorship.
- Will engage and be active in our collaborative team
environment.
- Strong knowledge in REVIT.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience helping to maintain
successful Client relationships.
- Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to
lead multiple-discipline project teams. -
- Experience designing large and complex projects. -
- Ability to mentor and train young engineers, reviewing their
work and giving appropriate feedback to ensure quality control.
Preferred:
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Sustainable design experience is a plus.
- LEED Accreditation is a plus.
- WELL is a plus. Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 The base
salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary
range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on
factors including but not limited to location, experience, and
performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's
