  • This position is responsible for establishing system solutions of North America PV & Energy Storage business
  • Constant communication with the product team, providing customer feedback and any applications to meet US regulatory requirements
  • Interpret UL, IEC, NEC and other regulatory requirements and provide input to the company's product line
  • Track market demands from key accounts, set up a channel between R&D and customers
  • Collect changing market conditions on a regular basis, establish strategic measures to compete in the market and push R&D department to adjust technical programs
  • Support/Lead pre-marketing promotion of the new technical solutions
  • Support sales team with PV system technical solutions and become a trusted technical advisor to the customer's engineering staff
  • Attend industry trade shows and marketing events to support the improvement and expansion of the company's brand recognition
  • Assist field service personnel in system level trouble shooting and provide engineering guidance as necessary- MUST HAVES -
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
    • Strong background in the solar industry is required
    • PV Energy Storage system-related experiences are desired
    • Two years in the PV industry experience is required, and prior working experiences in OV and/or Energy Storage system-related projects, issues and/or technologies are preferred
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written across functions and all level internally and externally
    • Power Electronics/Power System/Control System design/validation experiences welcome are desired
    • EPC project engineering, product conceptual design and system-level trade-off experiences are welcomed
    • Proven track record in touch technical problem-solving skills and an ability to lead/guide engineering initiatives
