What we do:

The Sr. Test & Evaluation Labs Engineer is responsible for Non-Destructive Inspections (NDI) on metallic, composite, and non-metallic surfaces.
What you can do:

• 
  Conduct Non-Destructive Inspections for Lab and Aircraft Test Articles
• 
  Collaborate with the Test and Engineering teams to define inspection requirements and inspection recurring cycles to ensure safety of operation and support design development
• 
  Devise and implement methods and procedures for conducting non-destructive inspections in support of test an engineering objectives
• 
  Work closely with TEC Laboratory and Ground Operations to ensure safe Test conduct in alignment with site requirement and to ensure equipment maintenance-schedules are established and followed
• 
  Maintain lab and test asset readiness to support the project test campaign
• 
  Additional tasks as assigned
  What you can contribute:
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields
  • 
    A minimum of five (5) years of experience in aerospace engineering or similar (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • 
    A minimum of three (3) years' experience in Non-Destructive Inspection
  • 
    Ability to meet NAS140 Certification
  • 
    Proven experience in electrical/mechanical laboratory testing.
  • 
    Experience/knowledgeable in NDI test methodologies: Tomography, Digital Radiography, Eddy Current Inspection and Testing, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Phased Array, Ultra-sonic Testing, Visual Inspection, and Radiography Testing
  • 
    Experience in managing complex projects across multi-discipline teams
  • 
    Critical thinker, adept at relationship building and leading through influence
  • 
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 
    Proactive delivery of communication and follow-up
  • 
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 
    Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
  • 
    Self-motivated and forward-thinking personality
  • 
    Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • 
    Experience with DOORS or other requirements management tools
