Job Description:

A leading Medical Device company in Irvine, CA are hiring for Sr. Engineer to join their team, supporting design control and design verification/validation activities. This is an initial 10-Month contract role located onsite in Irvine, CA paying a highly competitive rate with eligibility for overtime. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

A skilled Quality Engineer with at least 4 years experience in either the Medical Device/Biotech/Pharma industry (Supplier Quality Engineer experience preferred).
Experience with design assurance and design verification.
Knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling practices (Creo, Paramatric, Solidworks, AutoCAD).
Good understanding of developing inspection methods using Keyence/Smartscope.
Able to identify and ensure optimization of complex manufacturing/R&D processes using engineering methods (Six Sigma and LEAN).
