• 
  
• The Production Engineer performs testing, deploying, operating, and monitoring the Guavus solutions in their customer portfolio.
  
• They are also required to perform validations on operational status as well as data quality.
  
• They will work in very tight collaboration with customers.
  
• They will assist them in troubleshooting operational as well as data issues.
  
• They will also help the customer plan and execute deployments.
  
• Finally, they may be required to assist in collecting data as required.

  Requirements:

  • 
    
  • Deploy solutions in test, pre-production, and production environments.
    
  • Develop monitoring and alerting for solutions.
    
  • Continuously improve monitoring systems
    
  • Automate tests for monitoring and configuration audits.
    
  • Respond to alerts and outages.
    
  • Work closely with a high value highly technical customer to assist them in troubleshooting and daily work.
    
  • Perform ATP and assist in bringing issues to engineering.
    
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with the customer.
    
  • 6+ years experienced Linux production engineer.
    
  • 4+ years network engineering experience
    
  • 3+ years Kubernetes experience.
    
  • 2+ years Ansible automation experience
    
  • Open stack experience a strong plus.
    
  • Experienced at one or more of the major US CSPs
    
  • Detail oriented, cautious but driven individual
    
  • Telecom experience a strong plus.
