Identity & Access Management EngineerLocation: Remote - United StatesThe Dell Security and Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell's business. With team members located in over 15 countries, you will have an excellent opportunity to influence the security culture at Dell and further develop your career.We are currently seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in the US.What you'll achieveAs an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will be a member of our internal-facing, Federal Cybersecurity organization with responsibility for contributing your advanced experience and technical skills into Dell Federal's expanding and complex security infrastructure environment. Your focus will be on engineering and operating the identity and access management tools which will include engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors.You will

  • Work with a great deal of independence, and proactively identify complex problems and implement solutions to those problems
  • Provide technical expertise to the Identity & Access Management processes for Dell Federal, including directory services, privileged access management, endpoint privilege management, and multifactor authentication solutions
  • Assist with the planning and scoping of Cybersecurity Engineering, Operations, and Identity & Access Management engagements
  • Be a member of a highly motivated team, driven to innovate and deliver capabilities in an agile fashion
    • Support user life cycle processes including, but not limited to, on-boarding and off-boarding of all types of user accounts
    • Support IAM Password Management processes and processing of system access requestsSkills
      • Ability to develop more complex security operations standards and procedures applicable to complex, technical environments
      • Advanced knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
      • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management solutions, Active Directory, and databases
      • Advanced understanding of IT and Cybersecurity technologies
      • Strong interpersonal skills
      • Strong verbal and communication skills
      • Highly motivated, self-starting individual, and able to multi-task and manage to timelines with little supervision
      • Collaborative work style
      • Strong written, spoken, and presentation skillsEssential Requirements
        • Strong knowledge and understanding of Federal compliance requirements, including DFARS 252.204-7012, ITAR, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Level 3
        • Strong knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies, including information security frameworks, standards, and best practices
        • Strong knowledge of risk management standards including identifying risks and solutions/remediations for minimizing
        • Ability to drive highly complex, cybersecurity initiatives
        • U.S. citizenship requiredDesired Requirements
          • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field; or equivalent experience
          • 12+ years of information security experience; 4+ years in Identity and Access Management or similar roles
