Job Description:

A technology SaaS company who provides services for various Fortune 500 clients is looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering to join their team. This Head of Engineering must have experience building and implementing Java software strategies, mentor and manage a small cross functional team, and support stakeholders through development. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java, JavaScript, MySQL, AWS, Spring and have worked in a SaaS environment or HR technologies.

This position is 100% remote and offers a competitive salary, bonus and stock options.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years Software Engineering experience
• 3+ years managing front end/back end software development teams
• Extensive architecture experience
• Hands on experience with Java, Spring, MySQL
• Cloud with AWS or Azure
• Proficient with Agile methodologies

  • SaaS or HR software experience
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and/or outside teams
