Job Description:

• Supervises, coaches, and mentors group of quality engineers and technicians
• Identifies & drives continuous improvement initiatives to simplify, clarify, standardize, and ruggedize existing Quality business processes. Responsible to facilitate / ensure associate training, competency, and efficient execution across all applicable processes.
• Defines and executes improvement to production and/or customer-facing quality issues through robust root cause identification, corrective and preventative action, and effectiveness monitoring
• Oversees and manages multiple Quality projects of varying scope and complexity
• Drives departmental decision making based on risk and cost/benefit analysis without compromising quality
• Collaborates and influences to achieve intra- and inter-organizational objectives
• Responsible and accountable for project budget creation, management, and resource allocation ---
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 5 years of relevant experience
