Job Description:
A company is looking for a Military Education Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service and advising to students
throughout their academic cycle
Maintain knowledge of UMGC systems and support outreach projects to
military and civilian installations
Oversee office resources, ensure compliance with military
requirements, and assist with testing services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
One year of customer service experience, preferably in higher
education
Proficiency in MS Office products
Experience working with military or military students is
preferred
General knowledge of UMGC practices and procedures is a plus
