Join our team as a T-Mobile K-12 Education Industry Segment
Advisor, where your expertise will play a vital role in redefining
K-12 education. ISAs are accountable experts in assigned vertical
in collaboration with internal teams and partners. Successful
candidates will be highly motivated self-starters, eager to learn,
and determined to adapt quickly. Strong cross-functional teamwork
and proven success engaging various pre/post sales resources
required. This position is an individual contributor. This position
reports to the Sr. Mgr., Industry Segments. In this pivotal role,
you'll collaborate closely with School District Leaders, Education
Policy Leaders, and Education Account Executives (EAEs) to champion
T-Mobile for Business (TFB) solutions and services, driving
innovation and excellence in the K-12 education space.Position
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary driving force in company's vertical
success objectives through the attainment of assigned monthly,
quarterly, and annual KSO's and quota
- Partner closely with EAE's within assigned vertical
markets
- Uncover customer processes and needs in order to match customer
requirements to TFB solutions
- Attending vertical specific/networking/conventions within
vertical assigned monthly
- Understand, position and clearly articulate the value/benefits
of TFB vertical solutions to all levels within customer
organizations
- Leverage marketing slide decks and other materials, build
custom sales presentations and demonstrations to client needs, and
present by phone, webinar, and/or in-person
- Qualify, build, and handle a sales pipeline with EAE's through
qualified leads, proactive prospecting, networking, and online
social channels including LinkedIn
- Review customer proposals, demonstrate sound decision-making
abilities, and negotiate client pricing requirements and
concessions within T-Mobile guidelines
- Serve as the "quarterback" and primary point of contact for
aligning internal vertical strategies and resources with key
customer and prospective stakeholders
- Develop short, mid and long-term strategic and tactical
execution plans to ensure success in assigned vertical market
- Generate, develop, lead, and communicate expectations within
assigned accounts as well as increases scope of penetration within
each account
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales activity and
revenue achievement
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by
business management as neededK-12 Education Specific

- Empower educational institutions: Partner with EAEs to empower
K-12 schools with innovative TFB solutions and services.
- Student-centered approach: Understand the unique needs of K-12
education and tailor TFB solutions to build enriching learning
environments.
- Thought leadership: Attend prestigious K-12 education events to
stay at the forefront of education trends, ensuring you provide the
best solutions.
- Communicate impact: Articulate the transformative value of TFB
solutions to education leaders at all levels within schools.
- Tailored solutions: Craft and deliver personalized K-12
education-technology presentations and proposals that cater to the
specific needs of TFB and each educational institution.
- Collaboration and innovation: Work collaboratively across all
T-Mobile partner teams and with EAEs, ensuring a smooth and
seamless partnership, and facilitating innovation in
education.
- Strategic vision: Develop strategic plans to guide your efforts
in the dynamic and evolving K-12 education sector.
- Expand horizons: Broaden your reach and relationships within
existing educational accounts, crafting deeper strategic
opportunities.
- Accurate forecasting: Provide detailed sales forecasts based on
education market research, allowing TFB, partners and school
districts to plan effectively.Position Requirements
- Vision for education: A Doctoral degree or equivalent
experience.
- Extensive experience: 15+ years of K-12 education experience
that includes administration, state/county education agency
leadership, and/or corporate K12 education strategy.
- Leadership acumen: 5+ years of leadership experience with an
emphasis on integrative technology and innovation.
- Results-driven: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed
goals.
- Education network: A strong network within the K-12 education
and education policy community.
- Communication skills: Outstanding communication and public
speaking skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex
concepts.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment, inspiring
change and innovation.

is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the
role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on
various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and
experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this
range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are
eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus,
based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a
year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and
which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in
