This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional marketing and
training professional with significant experience to join a team
that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid
therapies from the ground up. Our Transcatheter Mitral and
Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is dedicated to solving
the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease in order to
transform treatment and significantly improve patients' lives.
Job Description:
The Product Manager is responsible for partnering with all levels
of Professional Education staff and other related functions across
Edwards to develop and lead the execution of digital educational
programs for health care providers and internal product
trainings/sales trainings. In addition, you will manage the process
by which global training content is approved and shared globally
and collaborate with multiple functions including R&D, Clinical
Development, Quality, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal
and Marketing to ensure the market success of TMTT therapies. Do

Key Responsibilities:
Develop standardized digital training materials and programs for
product launches through Edwards Learning Management Systems (e.g.
Docebo, Showpad, SalesForce, Cornerstone) in collaboration with
regional partners
Manage access, distribution and communication of training content
and tools globally
Establish strong collaboration with product owners in Global
Training, Global Downstream and Digital Marketing teams
Create interactive digital content based on existing training
manuals including identifying and directing vendors
Drive training content through approval process in collaboration
with relevant cross-functional stakeholders including R&D,
Clinical Development, Quality, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory
Affairs, Legal and Marketing
Establish and lead the implementation on a process for
documentation of minimum training requirements globally
Track and analyze performance metrics on training materials and
programs
Respond to and address global field questions and feedback
Provide various ad hoc support on sustaining engineering product
modifications and complaint issues

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required
A minimum of 5 years work of previously related work experience
Outstanding organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Domestic and international travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Docebo,
Showpad, SalesForce, Cornerstone)
Digital experience (including strategy definition, creation of
digital platforms, communication, assets, etc.)
Creative, out of the box thinker with a passion for digital content
development and execution
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, field, and
cross-functional partners
Influences others by utilizing organizational channels, experience,
and interpersonal skills
Individual self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic
work environment
Agile learner able to incorporate feedback quickly for change
Demonstrates outstanding business acumen and excellent
judgement

For California, the base pay range for this position is $86,000 to
$121,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors
(e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
