Job Description Job Description M|R Walls designs and builds 3D carved architectural wall products used in commercial projects across the country and around the world. Our work can be found in places like the LA Kings Locker Room, LAX American Airlines Terminal, Encore Wynn Las Vegas, and Mercedes Formula One HQ. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to work primarily in our fabrication studio. This role focuses on building and machining components for custom wall systems and supporting fabrication, installation prep, and research and development. Over time, there may be opportunities to support installation teams on job sites nationwide. This is a hands-on position for someone with shop or construction experience who’s comfortable working with tools and machinery. Requirements CNC machining experience or strong interest in learning Construction, fabrication, or shop experience Comfortable using woodworking tools such as saws, routers, and sanders Ability to follow drawings and specs with attention to detail Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn English and Spanish speaking preferred Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work in a hands-on shop environment Training and opportunities for growth Supportive team and interesting projects
