the Opportunity: We are hiring a pivotal SR. Project
Manager/Construction Administrator with DSA, K12 project exp. for
our OC or San Diego studios. You'll join a talented Architecture
firm focused on Education projects; DSA, K-12, Higher Education,
and leading CA efforts as you lead construction administration,
teams, projects, and project delivery. What You Need: 8-10 Yrs. of
experience working as a Construction Administrator/Project Manager
6 Yrs. of recent project experience focused on Education (DSA,
K-12, Higher Ed) is required. CA Licensed Architect / NCARB is a
plus, but not required. Proficient in Revit & design software
Recent exp. with construction administration & project management
duties; leading projects, teams, design through construction,
construction admin/documentation, project delivery/rollout,
schematic design, budgets, submittals, RFPs/RFQs, etc. Excellent
tenure, coming from a reputable Architecture firm. What We Offer -
Competitive Full Package: Salary Ranges: $140-165,000/year (DOE)
