Well branded organization is seeking a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for gathering requirements and implementing solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We're looking for a Salesforce technology based expert with experience in building, revamping, updating, and optimizing customer portals within Salesforce Community Cloud. Responsibilities Define, prioritize and create cross-channel JourneyCampaign projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in collaboration with relevant Advancement and Alumni Relations business users. Build, configure and customize purpose-based Salesforce Communities by synthesizing requirements from subject matter experts, UA community, and technical resources to drive user growth and engagement. Oversee the development and launch of complex, feature rich, mobile enabled, modern webpages, landing pages, and other web features using platforms such as Salesforce Communities Web Studio. Lead content management efforts across UA websites, communities, blogs etc. using engaging and search engine optimized (SEO) content, video, photography, graphics. Minimum Requiremetns 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud. 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Communities, Visual force, Cloud Pages and Lightning Components. Knowledge of web development in content management systems (CMS) like Cascade, WordPress, Drupal etc with strong understanding of current web languages such as HTML5, CSS3, DHTML, XHTML, XML and JavaScript. Deep knowledge of Marketing Cloud Journey Builder and experience with gathering requirements for Marketing Cloud Journeys, Emails Templates and Landing Pages. Experience in creating dynamic reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Studio Social Studio. Experience with AB testing and email marketing campaign analysis. Experience with SEO and web analytics. Extensive knowledge of Apex ClassesControllers, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Process Builder, and Flows. Good knowledge of Web Services leveraging Salesforce API in REST and SOAP. Working knowledge of databases, database design techniques, querying databases, SQL, SQL servers, complex Excel workbooks, and other marketing data tools necessary to support web content. Job Summary Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Information Resource Management, this position will lead technical aspects of University Advancement's (UA) webdigital outreach strategy across all relevant applications, tools and channels. The position will be responsible for gathering requirements and implementing solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We're looking for a Salesforce technology based expert with experience in building, revamping, updating, and optimizing customer portals within Salesforce Community Cloud. The position will also be responsible for Webpages Development, Email Templates Development, Landing Pages Management and Digital Engagement Analytics across web, email, video, mobile, SEM, SEO, Social Media, and other digital engagement activities. The position will work closely with Information Resource Management (IRM) team and Advancement Alumni Relations marketing and communications teams to design cross-channel customer engagement strategy in Marketing Cloud and Social Studio and to successfully integrate University Advancement's web presence with Salesforce platform. The position will be responsible for designing and delivering various end-user facing solutions on the salesforce.com platform including custom lightning components and visual force pages. Job Essential Function 1 Percent of Time 100 Define, prioritize and create cross-channel JourneyCampaign projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in collaboration with relevant Advancement and Alumni Relations business users. Continuously assess, reassess, and optimize digital marketing presence across all channels analyze Web and Social Media Analytics using Salesforce Social Studio. Develop and modify responsive email templates while providing mobile-friendly design and employing best practices for email layouts and formatting in Marketing Cloud. Develop, test, and implement multi-channel communications, automations and Journeys in Marketing Cloud while understanding database relationships with Salesforce and internal systems. Educate and guide UA staff members and affiliates on how to best leverage Marketing Cloud features and functionalities to plan long-range, multi-channel marketing engagement drip campaigns. Build custom lightning components that support existing managed package components. Design, develop andor enhance existing web pages using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, XML. Interface web technologies with back-end APIs using ReSTful services and JSON data payloads utilizing tools like MuleSoft and Demand Tools. Develop dynamic reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Social Studio Einstein based technologies such as Analytics Studio. Remain current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certifications Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Required Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent level of expertise. 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud. 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Communities, Visual force, Cloud Pages and Lightning Components.
